Ticdat Consulting, S.L. is an accountancy firm (gestoría) based in Girona, with more than 15 years of experience. We handle the accounting, taxes and formalities of self-employed professionals (autónomos), companies and businesses that sell online. Behind the service there are three companies, each with its own speciality; here you can see what each one does and who you sign with.
The accountancy firm
Ticdat Consulting, S.L. (Spanish tax ID B42890665) provides the accountancy service: bookkeeping, taxes, returns, VAT registrations in other countries and representation before the authorities. It is a chartered gestoría administrativa (no. 3931, Col·legi Oficial de Gestors Administratius de Catalunya) and a registered social collaborator of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
We have been doing this work for more than 15 years. Ticdat is also a digitalisation agent (agente digitalizador) in the Kit Digital programme, the Spanish public programme for the digitalisation of small businesses.

You sign with Ticdat and the platform is included in the service. The platform belongs to Verify Solutions, S.L. (B27661099): if you only want the software, you can contract it directly at ecomverify.com. ecomgi's consultancy is agreed separately, only if you need it. Where we are
In Girona, at Carrer Riera Garrap, 37. We work with clients from all over Spain and abroad, and day-to-day work is done remotely: email, phone and the platform itself. Frequently asked questions
Who do I sign the contract with?
With Ticdat Consulting, S.L. It is the company that provides the accountancy service and issues the invoice. Access to the platform is included in that contract, so there is nothing separate to sign with Verify Solutions, S.L. If business consultancy is taken on later, it is agreed and invoiced separately with ecomgi, S.L.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers?
No. We work with self-employed professionals, companies and newly created businesses, as well as with those selling on Amazon and in other European countries. In every case we start from your activity and tell you which service is right for you.
Does ecomgi keep my accounts?
No. ecomgi, S.L. provides business consultancy: which markets to enter, which catalogue to carry and what margin to work with. It does not keep accounts, file returns, handle VAT registrations or represent anyone before the Spanish Tax Agency. All of that is the work of Ticdat Consulting, S.L.
Who has access to my Amazon data?
The connection is made through Amazon's official third-party application authorisation, which you grant and can revoke whenever you wish from Seller Central. The data is processed on the Verify Solutions, S.L. platform and used by Ticdat to keep your accounts. ecomgi, S.L. has no access to it unless its service is contracted and you expressly authorise it.
