What to include in your first message
With these four details we can tell you which obligations you already have, which may arise and what the scope of the work would be.
- What you sell, and whether you trade as self-employed (autónomo) or through a company.
- Which channels you use: Amazon, eBay, Zalando, your own online shop or others.
- Which countries you ship to, and whether you sell to consumers, to businesses or to both.
- Where your stock is held. This is the detail that changes the answer most.

Your access to the platform is at ecomverify.com, by Verify Solutions, S.L. There you can check your sales, the calculated VAT and your archived documents. For tax returns, bookkeeping or a request you have received from the tax authorities, your point of contact is the firm: by phone or email.
