Extended producer responsibility (EPR): registrations and reports

We manage extended producer responsibility (EPR) in Spain, Germany and France: packaging and electrical equipment (WEEE) registrations, and the reports for each of them. If you sell in another European country, we look into it. You keep selling; we handle the registrations and keep them up to date.

  • Assessment of the registrations that apply to you, based on what you sell and where
  • Registration with the packaging and WEEE registers of each country
  • Membership of the compliance schemes that apply in each case
  • Quantity reports prepared from your sales data
  • Registration numbers ready for Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces

How we work

We review what you sell and where

We start from your catalogue and the countries you ship to. The first task is to establish which registrations apply to you, without adding any that are not needed.

We handle the registrations

We prepare the documentation and handle registration with each register and each compliance scheme. We give you the numbers so that you can provide them to each marketplace.

We file the reports

The units sold in each country come from your channel data. With them we prepare and file the reports for each register, according to its calendar.

We keep it up to date

If you start selling in a new country or expand your catalogue, we check whether anything changes. We remind you of every renewal and every deadline.

Who it is for

For anyone selling products online to customers in other European countries, through a marketplace or their own shop. The notice often comes from Seller Central or eBay, asking for a registration number you do not yet have.

If you sell on Amazon and in other European countries, EPR is coordinated with the rest of your obligations in those countries: VAT registration in Europe and EU VAT and the One-Stop Shop (OSS).

What we need from you

Your catalogue, with the type of product and packaging, and the countries you sell to. The units sold in each country come from your channel reports, which are gathered and archived by ecomverify, the Verify Solutions, S.L. platform included in the service. The weight of each package is provided by you or your supplier.

What it costs

EPR management costs €195 + VAT per year. The recycling fees charged by each compliance scheme are separate: they are not part of our fees. If you have any questions about your case, write to us and we will confirm it before we start.

Included in the service

This month’s figures, available before month-end

The accountancy service includes ecomverify, the platform by Verify Solutions, S.L. It connects to your sales channels, reads every transaction and keeps your sales, the fees charged to you and the VAT accrued in each country up to date. At no extra cost and without waiting for the monthly close.

  • Sales, fees and margin by SKU and by marketplace
  • VAT accrued in each country, before the filing period opens
  • Filed returns, certificates and correspondence, archived and ready to download
  • Advance notice of every deadline

Frequently asked questions

In which countries do you handle EPR?

We work with the registers of Spain, Germany and France, the most common ones in online selling, and we look into any other European country you sell in. Before we start, we tell you in writing which registrations the service covers.

Can you help if Amazon asks me for my registration number?

Yes. We check which number is being requested, handle any registration that is missing and show you where to enter it in your account.

Can I hire you for EPR if you do not keep my accounts?

Yes. It is contracted as a standalone service. If you also need our services as an accountancy firm (gestoría) in Spain or in other countries, everything is coordinated from the same firm.

Is the GPSR information Amazon asks for the same thing?

No. The GPSR (the EU General Product Safety Regulation) concerns the safety of products, not their waste, even though marketplaces ask for both on the same screen. If you are being asked for it, get in touch and we will look into it.

See it with your own numbers

Create your account, connect Amazon or another sales channel and see your orders, your sales and an estimate of the VAT in each country. No card, no fee and nobody calls you. If you then want us to handle it for you, just ask from your dashboard.
